The Alderwood Ensemble is a collaborative of highly regarded professional musicians from the greater Vancouver area with a broad experience of classical playing from symphonic, opera, and chamber music to solo and varied pops genres.

Like our namesake, the Alder tree, we strive to incorporate resilience and flexibility into our playing and programming. Stemming from our aspiration to reach the community in new and diverse ways we are adapting constantly to our ever changing times. Our substantial and malleable programming is adaptable to a variety of venues.
